JROTC Shirt Concept

A friend of mine asked if I could create a concept shirt for his BLT instructor and came up with this. He requested to use his school mascot and colors for it be unique to them . It is quite fashionable, the teal items on the center of the shirt would be printed, apply the patch on the left sleeve.
